As we hope you are starting to see, the open bra, to the trained eye, can in fact be significantly different than any other similar type of brassiere. For example, a full bra with strategically placed slits in the fabric can then be considered an open bra, but you would be hard pressed to try to lump it in with any other style which simply doesn't have any cup at all.
Although those styles that are completely lacking a cup can technically be considered an open bra even if the reverse is sometimes inaccurate. Does this make the open bra superior? We don't think so. Our feeling is that as long as it's exotic, it's all the same class of fun.
